We work with a trusted local keyholder in Spain. After your booking, they will contact you to explain the check-in and check-out process. The keyholder will welcome you at the apartment and show you around. They will be your main point of contact during your stay in Spain. On the day of departure, they will also come back to the apartment for check-out and the final inspection.

At check-in, you will need to pay a one-time cleaning fee of € 105,- EUR (with bed linen & towels included), directly to the keyholder (cash payment only, card payments are not possible).

Electricity is included in the rental price up to 12 kWh per day. if consumption exeeds this allowance, the extra kWh may be charged at 0,30 € per kWh (incl. VAT). Thank you for using heating and air conditioning responsibly.

A € 300,- EUR security deposit will be charged. This amount is paid at the time of booking and will be refunded within 7 days after departure, provided the apartment is left in good condition and without damage.

Please note that pets are not allowed and smoking is not permitted.

Check-in is available from 16:00 PM, and check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM at the latest. If you leave before 7:00 AM, please leave all keys on the table, make sure all windows are closed, turn off the air conditioning and all lights, and simply close the apartment door behind you. Before check-out, please place all used bed linen and towels in the bathroom.

It is highly recommended to rent a car in advance and pick it up at the airport. The drive from Alicante Airport takes approximately 50 minutes, depending on traffic (and around 20 minutes from Murcia-Corvera Airport). We had a very good experience with the rental company Centauro, and their desk is easy to find at the airport on the right-hand side.
