☀ Winter Long-Term Stay Special
Stay longer, enjoy more
November – March · Minimum 30 consecutive nights
Up to 4 guests — no additional guest charges on eligible winter nights.
Utilities: Electricity, water and Internet are not included and are charged separately. A utilities advance may be requested.
This special rate applies only to nights from November to March when the total stay meets the minimum duration. Nights outside these months are charged at the applicable seasonal rate. Cleaning and refundable security deposit are extra.
